OMG, I still have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard! I love the Tater's eyes in the second photo. But none the less, cat drunks are no joke! We need to get intoxicated police out on the streets. Wait, never mind. OMG, I'M LAUGHING SO HARD. INTOXICATED POLICE? Jees I scare myself.
