What a sweet little chinchilla. I had a chinchilla once -- we'd let it run loose through the house. I still have gnaw marks on lots of my furniture. Okay, so the running loose through the house part wasn't a good idea, but how could you look at something as sweet as that and NOT want to let it out of its cage????

Isn't it awful that right now, people are electrocuting these animals and pulling off their skin and fun while the chinchillas are still alive? They do it that way b/c it's easier to get the skin & fur off a live, warm animal rather than a stiff, cold dead one.

I am a big chinchilla fan!!! (but then, I have sugar gliders and we exotic fuzzies owners tend to stick together) Chinnies are such cute, hyper little things but their dust baths would make for a very sneezy office!
