I have expanded my Crazy Cat Lady horizons and have become a Docent-Volunteer Educator- at the Buffalo Zoo. Robin 22 writes: "...Hi Chris, Last summer I was in Colorado in Rocky Mountain National Park. My friend and I stopped at a lookout point, and these chipmunks were everywhere! They were taking food right from people's hands and would just about let you pick them up. This one kept running across my lap. He was quick, but I managed to snap a picture of him after his third trip past! (Shortly after this incident, a woman standing behind me ran back to her car shrieking, "They're like RATS!!!!") Chelsea from NORTH CAROLINA writes: "...Ronald (a whitetail buck) used to belong to a man named Jesus who lived down the road from my uncle. He found Ronald in a field when he was just a baby and STOLE him from his mother! Jesus recently had some hunters threaten to shoot Ronald, cuz he's got some pretty nice antlers. He called the police and filed a report, somehow word got out and people got angry that Jesus had a wild animal in a fenced in yard, PETA got involved and things got ugly. So we got ANOTHER guy down the street to sedate Ronald and move him to our house, he now lives happily indoors and out and likes to sleep on the beds, shed hair everywhere, and slide around on the hardwood. was amazing, he turned around, sat on his bum and sort of looked at me
with (a look) like, put me out of my misery," Tree told The Associated
Press on Tuesday. "I yelled out for a bottle of water. I unscrewed the bottle, tipped it up on his lips and he just took it naturally. He kept

Nicole in AUSTRALIA writes: "...At home in Victoria the temperature has been above 44 degrees all week and they are forecasting another week of 40+ temperatures. Power is failing, trains have stopped running because tracks are buckling under the heat . It's just scorching. Check out these photos of a little Koala which just walked onto a back porch looking for a bit of heat relief. The woman filled up a bucket for it and this is what happened."
Della from ONTARIO writes: "...Hi Chris, my husband John is recently retired from working for the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) and still receives emails from them. Kurt from MINNEAPOLIS writes: "...My parents spend like $600 a winter feeding all the deer up at our cabin in Minnesota, and there is this one little deer who comes around after all the other deer are done eating my inheritance... We call him Limpy and think he might have been hit by a car or something. If there is no corn left on the ground for him to eat, he will literally stare in at my parents through the glass door until they give him some food. It's kinda cute and kinda creepy at the same time.
